The Taño family has a Tobacco history dating back to the late 1800’s in Cuba. They had thriving businesses that included growing, processing & selling tobacco leaves throughout Cuba and the U.S. With the takeover of Cuba by Fidel Castro in 1959, they decided to call Miami, FL home. Taño & Sons Cigar Co. Inc. was established in 1967. Their cigars were sold throughout Miami, the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Description

This Royal blue Perdomo cigar box has a new life as a flower vase. A tube holds water so a real flower can be displayed in the golden bud vase. The original hinges & locks have been upgraded with stronger hardware. Gold tone purse feet & decorative metal corners have also been added. A beautiful blue satin fabric lines the inside with a soft black trim. An 18K GF chain prevents the top from falling open. The handle is made with black wood & acrylic beads with gold tone spacers.
