The Taño family has a Tobacco history dating back to the late 1800’s in Cuba. They had thriving businesses that included growing, processing & selling tobacco leaves throughout Cuba and the U.S. With the takeover of Cuba by Fidel Castro in 1959, they decided to call Miami, FL home. Taño & Sons Cigar Co. Inc. was established in 1967. Their cigars were sold throughout Miami, the U.S. and the Caribbean.

Description

This beautiful Nestor Miranda cigar box has been transformed into a stunning purse. The decorative handle comprised of 3 wood beads & 10 brown Hawaiian Kukui Nuts. A satin black material lines the padded interior. Gold paint trims the inside wood edge. Antiqued metal hardware & swing lock have been added. NOTE: Boxes have been repurposed from local Miami Cigar shops. Some imperfections may be found.
